Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia is a Spanish Pop/Flamenco singer. Her work has been in the margins of traditional and popular music since she was a teenager, she also delves into other music genres like hip-hop soul and trap. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela described her voice as sweet and sharp, but still having the grit of more mature singers. El Mal Querer was her big commercial and critical hit in 2018. Following the release of Los Angeles garnered her attention as well as a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist and it was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she received the Grammy. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami the third album by her, featured songwriting collaborations between Cory Henry and James Blake. The set came out in on March 20, 2022 following an Saturday Night Live performance featuring the song Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia did her solo performance in her first appearance on the show. Motomami's Rosalia, who won The Latin Album of the Year and 3 Latin Grammy Awards in total for Motomami and was the first woman to do so.
